1 detained as investigation underway at Colonial Boulevard and State Road 82 in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. —

A person has been detained as an investigation is underway at Colonial Boulevard and State Road 82 in Fort Myers Tuesday.

The Fort Myers Police Department confirmed there is an investigation ongoing.

Police also said traffic will be backed up for an undetermined amount of time, but the roadway remains open.
