WINK News Weather Authority meteorologists are tracking a drier airmass this Tuesday, which will lead to less rain for your afternoon and evening plans.

The Weather Authority's Zach Maloch said, "Today and tomorrow, not looking as wet or as rainy. Still will see a few showers sneak up and pop up throughout the afternoon and evening hours."

Tuesday

Tuesday morning is starting mild and humid once again, with fewer showers across town.

Drier air higher in the sky is moving into Southwest Florida which is limiting rainfall throughout the day.

While many stay dry, a few showers are possible throughout the afternoon and evening. Highs top out in the mid 80s.

Wednesday

Wednesday will begin mild and humid once again, with lows in the mid to upper 60s.

Temperatures will be a little warmer Wednesday, with less rain in the forecast. Highs top out in the mid to upper 80s.

While many of you will stay dry, a few showers will be possible throughout the afternoon.

Thursday

Thursday looks to start mild and humid once again, with lows in the 60s.

More moisture is moving in for Thursday, and that will lead to scattered storms developing in the afternoon and early evening.

Heavy rain, gusty winds and some lightning will accompany those storms.

Temperatures top out in the mid to upper 80s.
