GOLDEN GATE, Fla. (WINK) — The Collier County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that occurred overnight in Golden Gate.

Deputies said they received a call at 2:01 a.m. about a fight at the Mi Tierra bar next to McDonald's on 12225 Collier Boulevard.

Two people were shot in the parking lot and airlifted by MedFlight, according to CCSO. Deputies say the incident remains under investigation.
