Lehigh Acres man accused of sexual activity with underage girl

LEE COUNTY, Fla. —

A Lehigh Acres man was arrested Monday after he was accused of having sexual activity with an underage girl.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Tukker Allan Schuchard, 20, is facing a charge of lewd or lascivious battery (victim age 12 to 16).

Special Victims Unit detectives started an investigation in February and learned that Schuchard was accused of picking up the girl, driving to a parking lot nearby where sexual activity reportedly happened and then leaving the area, according to the sheriff's office. They reportedly met multiple times before, and she accused him of forcing her to perform sexual acts on him, the report states.

Deputies said the victim gave them a description of Schuchard, the vehicle reportedly involved and the name "Tommy" before they had his full identity.

Schuchard was then identified and arrested. He was taken to the Lee County Jail, and he bonded out Tuesday, according to the LCSO's booking report website.
