Get ready for the wildest weekend in Southwest Florida, as Gator Fest 2026 comes to Southern Fresh Farms in Fort Myers. The high-energy event features live alligator wrestling, live music, food and drinks and special vendors.

After being rescheduled from its original January dates due to bad weather, the 2026 Fort Myers Seafood & Music Festival will take over Centennial Park in downtown Fort Myers this weekend.
General admission to the event is free. It kicks off Friday, April 10, running from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and continues on Saturday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. before concluding on Sunday, April 12, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
As the name suggests, the festival will feature live music and countless seafood vendors, sure to satisfy anyone looking for a song on the side of their shrimp this weekend.

Millennial Brewing Company plays host to a uniquely cheesy event this weekend, the 8th Annual SWFL Grilled Cheese Showdown.
The event features eight separate food trucks serving up their take on the classic melt, and Millennial Brewing Company says, "you're going to want to try them all."
