A Fort Myers man is accused of battery after Lee County deputies say he walked into an Estero bar with bloody hands and said he hurt a family member.
According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to a home on Cannes Court for a domestic disturbance. They say that there was a person suffering from severe head trauma.
Deputies say that the suspect, Tyler Martin, 29, rode away from the home on a bike. Two hours later, LCSO said they received a call from a sports bar on Grande Oak Shoppes saying Martin had arrived at the bar covered in blood, stating that he hurt a family member.
Deputies took Martin into custody and he was charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm.
