Man wanted for skipping court after arrest for firing shots into car, shooting teenager

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. —

A man is wanted after skipping court following an arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, I'zohntay Luster, 24, was at a Lehigh Acres home when a disturbance escalated. Luster then pulled a gun out of his pocket and started shooting at a car in front of the house.

One of the shots hit a teenager in the car, who was transported to the hospital with a bullet in his chest and a collapsed lung, Crime Stoppers said.

While investigating, detectives found bullet holes all over the car, as well as a blood spatter.

Luster was arrested and spent two days in jail before being released until his court date, which he failed to appear for in March, Crime Stoppers said.

Luster is 6'0", 150 pounds, and could be using the alias of Buddy Roe.
