FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. (WINK) — The U.S. Coast Guard said they rescued three people on Sunday after their boat began sinking near Fort Myers Beach.
A Coast Guard Station Fort Myers Beach boat crew responded to a call involving a 26-foot boat that started taking on water.

Authorities said the crew successfully reached the boaters and brought all three people to safety.
The rescued individuals were transferred to Station Fort Myers Beach Pier. No injuries were reported.
