North Fort Myers man wanted for probation violation after meth possession conviction

A man is wanted in North Fort Myers after being accused of violating the terms of his probation following an arrest for crystal meth possession, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Crime Stoppers says that Chester Humphries, 66, was initially arrested after deputies pulled him over for a traffic infraction one morning. When deputies searched Humphries' car they found crystal meth in a pack of cigarettes. They also found syringes, a pipe and a spoon with drug residue.

Humphries was found guilty and placed on probation, which he is accused of violating after Crime Stoppers says he tested positive for cocaine in his system.

Humphries has been arrested previously on charges of grand theft auto, contempt, fraud and more.

Humphries is 6 feet tall, weighs 180 pounds and was last known to be living in North Fort Myers.
