FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK) — Jury selection in a homicide trial resumes this morning after no jury was seated on Tuesday, and families of the two defendants argued outside the courtroom Monday.
18-year-old Thomas Stein is charged with killing 15-year-old Kayla Rincon-Miller in Cape Coral two years ago. Stein, who was 16 at the time of his arrest, is being tried as an adult.

Prosecutors plan to seat 14 jurors before opening statements begin, which could start Wednesday. Stein faces life in prison if convicted.
Christopher Horne Jr., who was also charged in the case, took a plea deal and is expected to testify against him.
