Spirit Airlines cancels all flights and ends operations

Spirit Airlines announced Saturday morning on X that it has ceased all operations, canceled all flights, and discontinued customer service.

The airline stated, "We will process refunds as we cannot help customers rebook or find another flight."

"We had hoped to serve our customers for many years to come," the airline said in its statement.
