Two people were uninjured after they had to be rescued by firefighters and the Collier County Sheriff's Office aviation unit when their swamp buggy caught on fire.
According to CCSO, they responded to a remote section of Tamiami Trail East for a swamp buggy on fire. Aviation units dumped water on the fire until crews could arrive.
CCSO says the two people involved in the fire were located and transported via MedFlight and reported no injuries.
