Thermos is recalling 8 million food jars and bottles due to issues with the lid.
Thermos said the stopper of the faulty products has no pressure relief in the center. This means that when food or drinks are stored in the products for an extended period of time, the stopper can forcefully eject when opened.
The recall includes the Thermos Stainless King 3000 and 3020 food jars. It also includes the Thermos Sportsman 3010 food and beverage bottles.
The products were sold between 2008 and 2024 at retailers such as Target, Walmart, and Amazon.
