Some Charlotte County roads to face intermittent lane closures starting Monday

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. —

Some streets in Charlotte County will have intermittent lane closures starting Monday as crews will work to install underground fiber.

According to the Charlotte County government, Atwater Street between Ladner Avenue and Bachmann Boulevard will have intermittent lane closures starting at 9 a.m. through 3 p.m.

Peachland Boulevard between Yorkshire Street and Atwater Street will also have closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Charlotte County says the lane closures will run through May 8, and reminds drivers to allow for extra time when planning to travel through these areas.
