2 brothers arrested in connection to shooting in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. —

Two brothers were arrested in connection to a shooting on Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers in April.

According to the Fort Myers Police Department, Eric Gabriel Linares and Brallan Linares were arrested after a man was shot following a brief altercation inside El Patron.

A witness told officers that an older Ford F150 had left the scene, and investigators identified the brothers with the truck and connected them to the altercation.

Eric is facing charges of aggravated battery and battery - touch or strike, and Brallan is facing charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and shooting from a vehicle.
