What we’re tracking beyond the temperatures this week

SOUTHWEST FLORIDA (WINK) — WINK News Weather Authority meteorologists are tracking hotter temperatures and drier conditions as we continue on with the rest of this week.

Tuesday

Tuesday is off to a mild and humid morning with temperatures in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Plan for a hotter afternoon with highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s. While many will stay drier, stray showers (10% coverage) will pop up mainly inland and east of I-75 throughout the afternoon and evening.

Wednesday

Wednesday will start quite a bit milder with lowers in the lower 70s. Temperatures will climb faster throughout the day with highs topping out in the lower 90s. "Feels like" temperatures will range in the mid 90s because of the more humid conditions.

Thursday

Thursday is continuing our stretch and mild and humid mornings with lows in the lower 70s. Our hot and drier weather pattern continues with no rain expected throughout the day. Highs climb into the lower 90s with "feels like" temperatures in the mid 90s in the afternoon.
