SOUTHWEST FLORIDA (WINK) — WINK News Weather Authority meteorologists are tracking a hot stretch with humidity increasing as we head into the weekend.
Wednesday is off to a milder morning with temperatures in the lower 70s. Temperatures will climb faster throughout the day with highs topping out in the lower 90s. While we'll see a partly cloudy sky through midday, our Southwest Florida sea breeze will push those clouds inland and leave a sunny sky this afternoon.
Thursday is continuing our stretch of mild and humid mornings with lows in the lower 70s. Our hot and drier weather pattern continues with no rain expected throughout the day. Highs climb into the lower 90s with "feels like" temperatures in the lower to mid 90s in the afternoon.
Friday looks to start even milder with lows in the lower to mid 70s. Temperatures continue to heat up with highs climbing into the lower to mid 90s. On top of that, our humidity will continue to increase leading to "feels like" temperatures in the mid to upper 90s. Plan on a partly cloudy and dry Friday.
