Ida Baker High School basketball coach arrested for alleged inappropriate relationship with student

CAPE CORAL, Fla. —

The Ida S. Baker High School boys basketball coach was arrested on Thursday and faces charges for an inappropriate relationship with a student.

According to Lee County Sheriff's Office booking records, Casimiro Razo, 36, was booked into the Lee County Jail at 8:27 a.m.

He faces a charge of sex offense — authority figure soliciting/engaging in a romantic relationship with a student.

The Ida S. Baker High School website lists Razo as the boys basketball head coach as well as a vocational teacher.
