Man breaks window at Lehigh Acres home, says “Wrong home” before running away, deputies say

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. —

Lee County deputies arrested a man in Lehigh Acres on Saturday after he was accused of destroying property at a home.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office arrest report, deputies were called to a home in Lehigh Acres at around 4 a.m. The victim told them that a man, identified as Frandley Lamour Jr., 45, had arrived on her property and had thrown a potted plant through one of the windows.

The victim said she went outside and confronted Lamour, saying, "What are you doing?"

After Lamour saw the victim, he said, "Wrong house," and took off running, the arrest report said.

Deputies located Lamour in the street near the home and noticed he was intoxicated, the report said.

Further search of the home revealed additional damage to the back door handle and A/C system.

Lamour was arrested and faces charges of burglary of an occupied dwelling and criminal mischief with property damage over $1,000.
