Vehicle crash on Del Prado Blvd. causes lane closure, power line disruption

CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WINK) — The Cape Coral Police Department is on scene attending to a crash that occurred on Del Prado Boulevard southbound.

Police responded to the crash located near the 1800 block of Del Prado Boulevard at around 2 p.m. on Tuesday. 

The vehicle involved, a white minivan, caused a disruption to the nearby power line. The intersection near the crash site has been closed while law enforcement works the scene.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
