Lehigh acres man wanted for probation violation following 3rd DUI arrest

A man is wanted for violating his probation following an arrest for being drunk in a parked car, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Crime Stoppers says Cain Hernandez, 47, was initially arrested after Lee County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call about a suspicious person passed out in a running car parked in front of a Lehigh store at 9 a.m.

When they arrived, deputies say they noticed several open cans of booze in the car and found Hernandez.

When they asked for his identification, he kept handing them incorrect cards, despite the fact that his ID was sitting right next to him on the console. When he exited the car, he could barely stand up and couldn't speak a coherent sentence, Crime Stoppers says.

He was arrested and charged with DUI and driving with an indefinitely suspended license.

Hernandez spent four months in jail before he was released on probation, which he is accused of violating.

He has a history of 13 arrests for charges of battery, robbery, fleeing and eluding, and resisting arrest.

He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has a tattoo of the words "Baby Cain" on his right arm, his last name on his neck, and a cross and scale drawn on his back.
