Lee County leaders to discuss extending burn ban

LEE FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK) — Lee County leaders are once again talking about extending the countywide burn ban on Tuesday.

Lee County has been under one since January. The only county in Southwest Florida not under a burn ban is Glades County.

Back in April, Charlotte County reinstated its burn ban after lifting it for just one month.

Lee County leaders are meeting at 9:30 a.m.
