Fatal crash shuts down Jetport Loop and Treeline Avenue South in Lee County

LEE COUNTY, Fla. (WINK) — A fatal crash has shut down the intersection of Jetport Loop and Treeline Avenue South.

The Florida Highway Patrol confirmed at least one person died in the crash. The southbound lanes on Treeline Ave. S remain blocked as authorities investigate.

Motorists should avoid the area and use alternate routes.
