New Chick-fil-A location opens in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. (WINK) – A new Chick-fil-A opened in Naples on Thursday.

Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Katie Cornutt as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A City Gate.

To celebrate, Cornutt and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.

Located at 3820 City Gate Drive, the new restaurant will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery mobile pick-up and Mobile Thru.

The restaurant also features a newly reimagined playground, offering Naples Guests a fun, family experience while they dine. The redesigned playground space features an immersive play experience, including floor-to-ceiling illustrations and interactive games and activities designed to keep little ones happy and entertained during their visit. 

“Chick-fil-A City Gate is more than a restaurant, it’s a place where lives are changed and opportunities are created,” said Cornutt. “I’m excited to celebrate this new beginning with my family and the community. It means so much to serve a vibrant coastal community like Naples, where people take pride in showing up for one another and building meaningful connections.”

A Florida native, Cornutt’s Chick-fil-A journey began when she volunteered at a restaurant in Texas and, she gained hands-on experience serving in Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country, developing a passion for caring for others. Now, Cornutt is excited to return to Florida to open Chick-fil-A City Gate, bringing her story full circle. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Naples community and looks forward to creating a welcoming place where people can connect and enjoy quality food. 

Cornutt is committed to giving back to the Naples community by:  

• Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant. 
• Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date. 
• Creating approximately 120 jobs. 

Opening Day Offer Details

Guests who dress in cow attire on opening day can redeem the offer of one free entrée or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru. Breakfast offer options are a Chick-fil-A® Chicken Biscuit, Egg White Grill or 4-ct Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis®. Lunch/dinner offer options are Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, 8-ct Grilled Nuggets, 8-ct Chick-fil-A®
