Habitat for Humanity completes McNeill Village in Lee County

CAPE CORAL, Fla. —

Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties celebrated the completion of McNeill Village, a 36-home HOA-managed community near the border of North Fort Myers and Cape Coral, on May 13 at Patino Park within the neighborhood.

Residents, supporters, and project partners joined Habitat board members and staff for the event, which marked Habitat’s sixth completed neighborhood in Lee County since 2018.

Habitat honored Lee County for its partnership in completing McNeill Village through Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funding. Edison National Bank was also recognized for providing financing to build the final section of homes.
