UPDATE: Death investigation at Lehigh Acres home, says LCSO

LEHIGH ACRES Fla. - The Lee County Sheriff's Office confirms this is a death investigation involving one deceased person at a home near 13th Street West in Lehigh Acres.  

Deputies say the scene remains contained and there is no threat to the public. The agency says it's Major Crimes Unit is leading the still active investigation.

No further details have been released at this time.
