89-year-old man accused of operating illegal gambling arcade in Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, Fla. —

An 89-year-old man was arrested after he was accused of operating an illegal gambling arcade in Cape Coral.

According to the Cape Coral Police Department, James Leslie Graham was reportedly running Senior Chuckie's on Del Prado Boulevard for 20 years.

In August, Cape Coral police, in partnership with the Florida Gaming Control Commission, raided and shut down several arcades. Officers found 96 slot machines and seized nearly $50,000 at the arcade.
