It was kind of a gray, very muggy Saturday. Mostly cloudy skies will be with us this evening, before becoming partly cloudy overnight. Lows will be in the mid to upper 70s. 

Sunday Forecast

Sunday starts warm and muggy with a mix of sun and clouds. We’ll see more sunshine compared to Saturday, which will help fuel scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms, especially inland.

Highs will push into the low 90s, so if you have outdoor plans, be sure to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen.

Looking Ahead

Rain chances increase by midweek as tropical moisture interacts with a stalled front. The highest coverage is expected Wednesday into Thursday, with rain chances around 60%.

Temperatures will remain steady in the upper 80s to low 90s.

Also of note, Hurricane Season starts on Monday. No development is expected over the next 7 days as the season starts.

Boating Forecast

If you’re heading out on the water, expect a few light showers—especially during the morning hours.

Winds will be out of the west at 5 to 10 knots, with a light chop on the bays.
