The trailhead parking area at Yellow Fever Creek Preserve in Cape Coral will temporarily close starting on Monday.
The closure allows crews to complete maintenance and improvements to the drainage system and parking area. Lee County said the closure is necessary to ensure public safety.
The preserve's trails will remain open, but parking at the trailhead will be unavailable during the closure.
The closure begins on June 1, with the parking area expected to reopen on Friday, June 5.
