SOUTHWEST FLORIDA (WINK) — When you think of caviar and champagne, you probably picture a luxury restaurant, a fancy hotel, or a black-tie event. But what if that experience could roll right up to your party? Now, there's a mobile caviar bar service right here in Southwest Florida.

Based in Southwest Florida, Gourmet Chariot is believed to be the world's first mobile caviar, charcuterie, and champagne bar, bringing a touch of luxury directly to private events, weddings, celebrations, and gatherings.

The concept was created by owner Nisha Singh, who was inspired while spending time in Hyde Park in London.

"I was looking for a bit of indulgence," Singh said. "Champagne and caviar are the perfect mix. Why is it not available at your fingertips? You have to go to a Michelin restaurant, and it's not fair that that's the only way you can get your hands on it. That's where the idea sparked."

That moment sparked an idea that would eventually become Gourmet Chariot.

Singh's background in global luxury brand management allowed her to travel extensively, giving her the opportunity to explore caviar from around the world.

"At these different places, I was always keeping my eyes out for different caviar," Singh said.

Today, those global discoveries are showcased through Gourmet Chariot's carefully curated menu. Guests can sample a variety of premium caviars, including Beluga Hybrid, Sevruga, Ossetra, Kaluga, and more, each paired with champagne and wine selections personally chosen by Singh.

The experience goes beyond traditional caviar service. Gourmet Chariot offers unique bites designed to make luxury feel approachable and fun. They also offer caviar flights.

Morning events can feature breakfast-inspired creations such as caviar-topped waffles with crème fraîche paired with Kaluga caviar. Other menu favorites include garlic herb baked potatoes stacked with Sevruga caviar and elegant charcuterie offerings.

One of the most popular attractions is the Build Your Own Bite Bar, where guests can customize their creations with toppings such as powdered egg yolk, crème fraîche, chives, red onion, and capers.

The name "Gourmet Chariot" is a nod to the regal history and celebration often associated with luxury foods. But for Singh, the mission is about more than indulgence.

"There's accessibility, luxury, and education here. We show up whenever the moment calls for it," Singh said. "I hope this makes caviar less intimidating for everyone. It's much less intimidating when you get to build your own bites and talk to someone."

Whether it's a wedding, brunch, corporate gathering, or private party, Gourmet Chariot is proving that caviar doesn't have to be reserved for exclusive dining rooms. Sometimes, luxury can arrive right at your doorstep.
