Deputies conduct active death investigation in Lehigh Acres neighborhood

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. (WINK) — The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an active death investigation in a Lehigh Acres neighborhood.

Deputies responded to the scene located within the 200 block of W. 13th Street at around 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

An update at 3:56 p.m. states that two are deceased in connection with this scene. All parties are accounted for, and this is an isolated incident with no threat to the public. The investigation remains active. A final update will be provided tomorrow.
