Target is recalling specific types their "Up & Up" brand of baby wipes following customer complaints of skin irritation and product discoloration.
According to a recall announcement on the Food and Drug Administration's website, testing revealed the presence of two different types of bacteria in product samples of the fragrance free and cucumber scented wipes.
These bacteria, while only resulting in local infections in healthy adults that are exposed to them through skin with lesions, pose a major risk to immunocompromised people and children. Infections in these cases are more likely to spread to the bloodstream, the FDA says.
The recall applies to the following products:

- 20 Count: UPC 085239265956
- 72 Count: UPC 085239265949
- 216 Count: UPC 085239265963
- 800 Count: UPC 085239266137
