Streaming Now: Lee Health announces important organizational update

LEE COUNTY, Fla. (WINK) — Lee Health officials are holding a news conference to announce an important organizational leadership update.

The news conference began at 3 p.m. on Monday at Medical Plaza One, 9800 S. HealthPark Drive in Fort Myers.

In early December, Dr. Larry Antonucci, president and CEO of Lee Health, announced he will not renew his contract when it ends next year. Following his announcement, Antonucci stated that Lee Health will conduct a national search for his successor in 2026. 

It remains unclear if Antonucci’s successor will be announced during Monday’s conference; however, he will continue to lead Lee Health until the contract concludes on September 30, 2026.
