4 teens arrested after being accused of fighting in restaurant at Mercato

Four teenagers were arrested after they were accused of starting a fight in a Chipotle at Mercato in North Naples on May 29 in an attempted "Teen Takeover".

According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, Arby Abdon, 18, Ty Collins, 18, Marckus Docteur, 18, and Jamaire Joseph Washington, 19, were all arrested and face charges of affray and breach of the peace. Abdon and Docteur also are accused of resisting arrest.

Deputies said the incident stemmed from an attempted “Teen Takeover” as dozens of young people, after finishing the last day of the school year, went to Mercato.

The sheriff's office said the four suspects reportedly started a fight inside a Chipotle which disrupted the business and caused diners to run for their safety. The initial reports stated more than 50 people were inside when the fight started.

Deputies said they responded and broke up the crowd. The suspects were accused of fleeing the scene, but video showed the fight and CCSO was able to identify the teenagers.

Abdon was arrested on Friday, Joseph Washington was taken into custody in Orange County on Sunday and Collins and Docteur were taken to jail on Monday
