A Naples felon who was out on a pretrial substance abuse diversion program for an earlier felony narcotics charge was arrested on Wednesday following a traffic stop, according to the Collier County Sheriff's Office.CCSO says they conducted a traffic stop on Alfredo Perez Castillo, 54, for speeding on Collier Boulevard, near the intersection of Rattlesnake Hammock Road. During the stop, deputies say a CCSO K9 alerted to illegal narcotics.During a search of the vehicle, deputies say they found two bricks of cocaine sealed in plastic bags on the rear passenger seat.
