A North Fort Myers man has a new warrant out for his arrest on probation violation charges nine months after he was released from prison, according to SWFL Crime Stoppers.Crime Stoppers says that Victor Figueroa, 47, was initially arrested after home surveillance video caught him robbing power tools from a porch. When Figueroa was first shown the footage, Crime Stoppers says he denied that it was him. They say that later he admitted to stealing the tools to trade for drugs.Figueroa was found guilty and spent three and a half years in prison. Nine months after his release, he was accused of violating the terms of his probation.Figueroa has been arrested 17 times on several charges, including battery, burglary, theft and dealing in stolen property. Crime Stoppers says Figueroa is 5 feet 4 inches, weighs 143 pounds and has numerous tattoos, including the Puerto Rican flag on his back, the names "Victor" and "Amy" on his left arm and flames on his left hand.If you have information in this case, you are asked to contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477), on the P3 app, or on its website.
