All lanes blocked on US 41 south after Port Charlotte crash

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (WINK)—U.S. 41 southbound is completely closed in Charlotte County due to a vehicle crash with injuries.

The crash happened at the intersection of Tamiami Trail and Dahlgren Avenue in Port Charlotte. All southbound lanes are blocked at this time.

The extent of injuries is not yet known. No further information has been released at this time.
