FLORIDA, (WINK) - There's a chance that the remnants of Arthur could re-develop in the Atlantic off the Carolina coastline.
The trough of low pressure associated with the remnants of Arthur over the southeastern U.S. will continue to progress northeastward tomorrow. On Saturday, it is forecast to emerge off the east coast into the western Atlantic.
Heavy rain and possible life-threatening flash flooding across the Southeast over the next day or two are the main concerns, regardless of whether the storm re-gains its name.
