A Florida appeals Court has struck down a nearly 40-year-old ban on young adults' ability to concealed carry a firearm.On Wednesday, the 4th District Court of Appeal ruled that a law banning 18-to-20-year-olds from conceal carrying a firearm is unconstitutional.Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier confirmed that his office will not seek further review and will work with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services to implement the court's order.The court's decision said that the law, which had been in place since 1987, was unconstitutional and violated the Second Amendment.DOWNLOAD the free Gulf Coast News app for your latest news and alerts on breaking news, weather, sports, entertainment, and more on your phone or tablet.
