A DeSoto County woman was arrested on Wednesday after being accused of selling crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a park.According to the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office, deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Tasha Idella Brown in connection with the illegal sale of crack cocaine near a park. On the same day that the warrant was obtained, deputies located Brown in a vehicle on Southwest Martin Luther King Jr. Street and took her into custody.During the arrest, a K-9 unit sniffed the vehicle and gave an alert that it was positive for drugs, DCSO said.
