Vehicle crash blocks all lanes on Alligator Alley heading to the Gulf Coast

A crash with injuries has blocked northbound lanes of I-75 near mile marker 86 in Collier County, the Florida Highway Patrol reported. The crash is impacting traffic heading towards the Gulf Coast, just west of SR 29. A helicopter landed on the Alley briefly to take victims. As of 8 a.m., traffic going northbound is being diverted onto the shoulder to get around, causing big backups on the Alley.The incident was received at 6:58 a.m. on June 20, 2026, and is located near Immokalee.
