SOUTHWEST FLORIDA (WINK) — WINK News Weather Authority meteorologists are tracking a drier stretch as hot temperatures continue to impact your afternoon plans.
Starting mild and humid this Tuesday with temperatures in the 70s and lower 80s. Temperatures climb quickly with highs returning to the mid 90s. We'll see a few more storms along the coast at first before becoming isolated (30% coverage) and developing inland throughout the afternoon and evening. "Feels like" temperatures will once again range from 102 - 108°.
Wednesday looks to begin hazy and humid with temperatures in the upper 70s to lower 80s. We'll see mainly dry conditions Wednesday afternoon with isolated storms (30% coverage) popping up inland throughout the day. Highs soar into the mid 90s with "feels like" temperatures the bigger concern. Temperatures will feel more like 100 - 106° Wednesday afternoon.
Mild and humid conditions continue Thursday morning with lows in the 70s and lower 80s. Thursday is looking to bring a little more rain with scattered storms (40% coverage) popping up around Southwest Florida. Beside the rain chance, temperatures continue to heat up with highs in the mid 90s. "Feels like" temperatures will range from 103 - 109° and flirt with the need for a Heat Advisory.
