Wildfire burns near Toledo Blade Blvd in North Port, smoke visible from I-75

NORTH PORT, Fla. (WINK) — North Port Fire Rescue and Florida Forest Service crews are responding to a fire in the Orange Hammock Wildlife Management Area on Tuesday afternoon.

According to their Facebook post, smoke is visible in the area of Toledo Blade and Tropicaire boulevards.

Smoke can also be seen from I-75.
