CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WINK) — The trial date for Cape Coral City Councilwoman Rachel Kaduk, who stands accused of driving under the influence, has been set following her trial call.
Kaduk was arrested in December and is charged with driving under the influence and refusing a breathalyzer test.
Body camera video from Cape Coral police shows Kaduk performing several field sobriety tests after officers pulled her over. The video shows her walking heel to toe along a line before officers placed her in handcuffs and in the back of a squad car.
Kaduk was taken to police headquarters before being booked into the Lee County jail.
She has pleaded not guilty and completed DUI school.
Following her six-second trial call, the judge presiding over her case set Kaduk’s trial for July 14 at 8 a.m.
