A new warrant was issued for the arrest of a Lee County woman after she was accused of violating her probation stemming from an aggravated assault arrest.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Alasharay Miller, 29, showed up at the gym her ex was at and started a confrontation in the parking lot. The victim said that the two had a dicey relationship in the past, and that Miller had shown up at her house with a gun a few days prior.
The victim tried to de-escalate the situation in the gym parking lot by walking away; however, Miller followed her and pointed a gun at her, Crime Stoppers said. At one point, Miller hit the victim in the head.
Miller then fled the scene, Crime Stoppers said. She was arrested a few days later.
Miller pled guilty to charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery and was sentenced to 36 months of probation, which Crime Stoppers said she violated last week.
Miller has three prior arrests for assault, drugs, and the sale and delivery of marijuana. She is 5'7", weighs 230 pounds, and has a tattoo of the Statue of Liberty and "The Chosen One" on her left arm and "Loyalty Before Royalty" on her right arm.
If you have information in this case, you are asked to contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477), on the P3 app, or on its website. You can remain anonymous, and if your tip leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
