An early morning structure fire left a family in Deep Creek displaced, according to Charlotte County Public Safety.
Charlotte County Public Safety says they were dispatched to a residential structure fire at around 6:50 a.m. Saturday. Firefighters say that when they arrived they saw a large column of smoke emanating from a home on Navigator Road, and fire showing from two sides.

No pets were inside the home.
Following an investigation, crews say the cause of the fire was accidental. The fire had originated in an older arcade game machine inside the home.
The American Red Cross was contacted to help the family.
