The truck, a 2017 Ford F-150, was driving in the same direction. The truck was towing a 22-foot boat.
FHP says the Hyundai failed to stay in its lane, and collided with the trailer portion of the truck. After the initial collision, the truck jackknifed, causing the sedan to collide with it once more, this time on the driver's side portion.
The Hyundai became disabled on the shoulder, and the trailer of the Ford overturned. The boat became partially separated and damaged the guardrail. No injuries were reported.
The inside lane was closed as crews worked to remove the boat.
