Naples Mayor Teresa Heitmann scheduled for court probation hearing

NAPLES, Fla. (WINK) — Naples Mayor Teresa Heitmann is scheduled for a court hearing on Monday after being accused of violating her probation earlier this year.

Heitmann was accused of violating her 2024 DUI probation after court documents said she tested positive for cannabinoids.

Heitmann said that after she failed the test, she took two others and tested negative.

In February, Heitmann took a plea deal after she was arrested for a DUI in August 2024. She was sentenced to a year of probation.

The hearing for her probation is scheduled for 10 a.m on Monday morning.
