NAPLES, Fla. — Naples' dining scene has a stylish new addition. Located at Bayfront, Ce Soir is now welcoming guests with a menu that blends modern French cuisine and Mediterranean flavors in an upscale waterfront setting.
The restaurant marks the first U.S. concept from Toronto-based Aidan Hospitality, bringing a taste of the French Riviera to Southwest Florida.
The 7,000-square-foot restaurant features an elegant dining room, an expansive cocktail bar, a raw bar and a wine collection with more than 500 bottles. At the heart of the kitchen is a charcoal-fired Josper grill, used to prepare everything from fresh seafood to premium cuts of meat.
Executive Chef Alex Malinowski said the grill takes every dish to the next level.
"The grill changes levels, so as you raise it, it gives the food even heat distribution. We cook our meats, chickens and seafood on it. It was very important we had this in our kitchen," Malinowski said.
The menu combines classic French techniques with Mediterranean ingredients and coastal flavors. Guests can choose from oysters and ceviche to grilled seafood, Wagyu steaks, duck confit and handcrafted cocktails designed to complement the menu.
But for partner George Gill, the restaurant is about more than just the food.
"Naples deserves something like this. We wanted to bring elevated fine dining to the people," Gill said.
Every detail of the space was carefully considered. Each room features different flooring, the lighting shifts throughout the day to match the mood, and the bar is crafted with volcanic rock. The restaurant is designed to transport guests to the Côte d'Azur, with live DJs on select weekends and a lively lounge atmosphere after dinner service.
Ce Soir is located at 492 Bayfront Place in Naples and is open daily starting at 3 p.m. Guests can enjoy happy hour from 3 to 6:30 p.m., along with a sunset dinner menu featuring an appetizer, entrée and dessert for $60.
Whether you're planning a date night, celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to experience one of Naples' newest restaurants, Ce Soir is bringing a fresh take on French Mediterranean dining to Southwest Florida.
