4 injured in early morning Lehigh Acres shooting on Willard Avenue

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. (WINK) — Four people were injured in a shooting early Friday morning in Lehigh Acres, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to reports of a shooting in the 800 block of Willard Avenue around 1 a.m. The sheriff's office said all four victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Two victims remain hospitalized for treatment while the other two were treated and released, Sheriff Carmine Marceno said just after 8:30 AM.

LCSO is investigating the incident. No additional information has been released at this time.
